Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the IT department and manage IT projects to enhance company performance and efficiency.
2. Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives that align with business objectives.
3. Lead the planning and execution of IT operations and budget management.
4. Ensure compliance with data security regulations and practices.
5. Evaluate and implement new technology solutions that drive competitive advantage.
6. Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.
7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the IT team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
4. Experience with budgeting, project management, and staff management.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Ability to develop and implement strategies that meet organizational goals.
7. Knowledge of data security and regulatory compliance.
8. Proficiency in analyzing complex data and making informed decisions.
9. Experience in fostering collaborative team environments.
10. Client-oriented with strong
    - solving capabilities.
