ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Digital Workplace Content Creator to join our Tech
Hub!

You will be responsible for creating engaging and instructional content such as tutorials, videos, infographics, and interactive guides to simplify and facilitate the effective use of technology.

You will play a key role in supporting our standards and practices with Share
Point content for the Digital Workplace Academy and M365 applications. Additionally, the role includes updating and reviewing periodically our knowledge base, supporting the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and developing knowledge articles to enhance
- service and omnichannel support.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation and management, particularly in a digital workplace or educational setting.
• Proficiency with Share
  Point and M365 applications.
• Strong understanding of knowledge base management and the creation of SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Experience in digital content creation and instructional design.
• Ability to create engaging and instructional content in various formats (e. g. , video, infographics, interactive guides).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to integrate user feedback into content development processes.
• Proficient in creative tool suites (e. g. Adobe Creative, Camtasia, etc. ).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• ITIL Foundation and Service Now familiarity (desirable).
• Fluency in English.
