Position

We are looking for an IT Contract Management Officer to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in IT;
2. 3+ years of experience in Quality Management;
3. ITIL Certification;
4. Fluent in English.

Main Activities:

1. Log any new contract’s need reported by project managers or Domain/Division Heads;
2. Understand what are the key elements as input of the contract drafting;
3. Ensure the follow up and coordination of the renewal of SLA/OLA with other entities;
4. Helps the IT Contract management, and draft contracts /SLA;
5. Update the contracts related (Internal or external) referential;
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement process, in particular by seeking the adequate articulation with Procurement and Software management tasks;
7. Contribute to draft material for awareness purpose.
