We are looking for an IT Continuity Service
Now Coordinator

MAIN TASKS:

• Coordination of the deployment of Service
  Now in international teams:
• Analyse, accompany and propose changes to the deployment and new features for the tools
• Contribute to the roadmap for deployment of the IT Continuity service module
• Accelerate International Deployment (Classification of IT assets, formalization / review of IT Continuity Plans, Exercises, once the IC Plans have been validated)
• Deploy future developments and new functionalities (New developments (IT Asset Classification, IT Continuity Plan, Exercise), Marter Plan, Dynamic balance sheet

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Management, Economics, Law, or related areas.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT field
• Knowledge of main frameworks of IT Risk and IT Continuity & Resilience
• Experience with Service
  Now (prefarably in GRC module)
• Good Assessment Skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Hybrid role based in Porto.
