IT CONSULTANT - CLOUDSPECIALIST (HYBRID)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid work

Location: Lisbon or Porto (60% Remote, 40% On-Site)

Language Requirements: Fluent Portuguese and English (min B2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructures using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) with tools like Terraform, Cloud
  Formation, or Pulumi.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud environments.
• Optimize and manage Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and containerized workloads.
• Automate operational tasks with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go.
• Monitor cloud environments using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud
  Watch, and Datadog.
• Enforce cloud security best practices—IAM policies, network security, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud applications and enhance Dev
  Ops workflows.
• Drive cost optimization and apply Fin
  Ops best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Dev
  Ops Engineer with expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
  Hub Actions, Git
  Lab CI/CD, Argo
  CD).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C)—Terraform, Cloud
  Formation, Pulumi.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access control.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud
  Watch, ELK, Datadog).
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

Nice to Have:

• Relevant cloud certifications: AWS Certified Dev
  Ops Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud Dev
  Ops Engineer, Azure Dev
  Ops Engineer Expert.
• Experience with Service Mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions).
• Background in Fin
  Ops and cloud cost management.
