As part of our growth, we are recruiting:

IT Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor IT activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
2. Conduct Cybersecurity assessments based on company methodology, addressing client inquiries.
3. Identify new solutions to minimize Compliance Risk and the resources needed for compliance operations.
4. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Contribute to or prepare training materials to ensure compliance requirements are met.
6. Apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements to team members.
7. Coordinate internal audits of business units and communicate with external auditors regarding internal control audits.
8. Coordinate the creation, review, and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from audits or regulatory changes.

Profile:

1. Higher education in Information Technology, Management, Law, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Security, IT Auditing, or IT Risk.
3. Proven experience with IT industry standards and reference models, such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 22301.
4. Strong knowledge of policies and procedures related to GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Excellent analytical and
   - solving skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Sense of responsibility and proactivity.
