We are looking for a IT Business Analyst.

MAIN TASKS:

1. Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts.
2. Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders to define the solution.
3. Analyze business requirements critically and challenge them when needed.
4. Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
5. Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements for implementation.
6. Communicate business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
7. Test user stories during development and contribute to increased test automation coverage.
8. Participate in organizing user acceptance tests with end users.
9. Write and update documentation for target audiences and deliver training sessions.

Technical skills:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst in an agile software development context.
2. Experience in translating business requirements into user stories and technical requirements.
3. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
4. Working knowledge of the software development life cycle.
5. College degree (B. S. ) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience.
6. Experience in estimating techniques.
7. Experience analyzing data and data relationships across business areas.

Hybrid role based in Lisboa.
