We are looking for a IT Business Analyst

MAIN TASKS:

• Requirement Gathering and Formalization: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Change Management: Managing change requests, assessing impacts, and ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining project timelines and objectives.
• Test Book Creation and Maintenance: Designing, creating, and maintaining comprehensive test books that outline test cases, processes, and expected outcomes for project validation.
• Testing & Sign Off: Leading the testing phase, ensuring all requirements are met, and obtaining stakeholder
  - off on successful test completion.
• Share Functional Knowledge with Development Team: Acting as a bridge between business requirements and the development team, providing functional knowledge and insights to guide development and ensure alignment with project goals.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Testing Methodology: In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the testing process in IT projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations between all parties involved.
• Custody: Expertise in custody processes, paying close attention to detail and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Settlement: Practical experience in executing and monitoring settlement processes, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently.
• Documentation: Skilled in creating and maintaining clear and detailed documentation, essential for the success of IT projects and internal operations.
• Fluent in English
