We seek a IT Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

*For this position you need to have a residency in Portugal.

Main Tasks:

1. Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts.
2. Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution.
3. Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed.
4. Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
5. Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.
6. Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
7. Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage.
8. Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users.
9. Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.

Technical skills:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development.
2. Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
3. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
4. Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
5. College degree (B. S. ) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience.
6. Experience in estimating techniques.
7. Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is the project language).
9. Proactive: acts independently to anticipate/identify and resolve problems.
10. Results oriented focused on delivering value to the customer.
11. Analytical capabilities.
12. Excellent

13. Adaptable and experienced working with a culturally diverse team.
