We are looking for an IT Business Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts.
• Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution.
• Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed.
• Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
• Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.
• Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage.
• Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users.
• Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development.
• Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
• College degree (B. S. ) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in estimating techniques.
• Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is the project language).
• Proactive: acts independently to anticipate/identify and resolve problems.
• Results oriented focused on delivering value to the customer.
• Analytical capabilities.
• Excellent

• Adaptable and experienced working with a culturally diverse team.
