The Constellation Technology Team provides a
- wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group. We are a central function working across the following domains: Technology Operations, Cyber Security, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Logistics, Architecture and Portfolio; across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IT automation solutions using
- code platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations, a passion for automation, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable automated workflows. This position requires a proactive and
- oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a
- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience of process improvement projects.
• Rapid Proof of Concept Development, Debugging, test design and execution, release and completion.
• Prior experience of Scripting tools/software, Python, Power
  Shell, Power Automate, Service Now Integration Hub and Service Now Orchestration.
• Experience of developing and implementing automated solutions using low code platforms.
• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows for various IT processes, e. g. ITSM, Network, Operations, Cloud Operations, and System Administration.
• Comfortable working with Cloud and
  - premise systems.
• Prior experience of development tools including Github, Terraform, and Azure Dev
  Ops would be advantageous.
• IT Operations experience with Entra
  ID and Active Directory.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other departments to understand their automation needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of automated workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure our automated workflows are protected with preventative failsafe’s.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in
  - code automation technologies and industry best practices.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of all automated workflows, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.

Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrable with internal stakeholders.
• Familiar with Agile, Lean, and Dev
  Ops methodologies and Product ways of working.
