Job Description:

Job Title: IT and Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

IT Help Desk Support:

1. Provide daily IT support to ensure smooth business operations
2. Manage all hardware and software inventories
3. Manage the Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Management solution
4. Oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution
5. Maintain and support the email security protection solution
6. Assist with
   - related queries regarding Saa
   S applications
7. Support and maintain the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) system
8. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
9. Manage integrations among various Saa
   S applications
10. Support compliance efforts with SOC 2, PCI DSS, and other relevant regulations

Cyber Security:

1. Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
2. Deploy and manage security tools, including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDPS, and WAF
3. Ensure security tools are properly configured and maintained for optimal effectiveness
4. Monitor security alerts and events to detect and mitigate potential threats
5. Maintain and tune security monitoring systems to ensure peak performance
6. Participate in incident response activities, including investigating and analyzing security incidents
7. Document and report security incidents and assist with remediation efforts
8. Conduct assessments of vendors and supply chain partners to ensure their security practices align with company standards
9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor risk management program
10. Secure cloud environments by implementing industry best practices and security controls
11. Monitor and manage cloud security configurations effectively
12. Coordinate security and compliance projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
13. Collaborate with
    - functional teams to meet project requirements and deliverables

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
2. At least 3 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 1 year in cybersecurity or related fields
3. Proficient with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, Firewall, IDPS, and WAF
4. Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
5. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills
6. Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
8. Relevant certifications such as Comp
   TIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent
9. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
   Script
10. High ethical standards and integrity
