We are looking for an IT Administrator for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency in Dev
  Ops practices and tools (e. g. , Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins).
• Skilled in scripting languages (e. g. , Bash, Python, Terraform) and containerization using Dockerfiles.
• Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments using Argo
  CD for streamlined and automated deployments.
• Familiarity with Application Servers (e. g. , Web
  Sphere, Tomcat, JBoss) is preferred.
• Experience with job scheduling tools (e. g. , CA Workload Automation, Control-M) is preferred.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Basic level of French.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Change Management.
• Collect and document technical requirements for system enhancements.
• Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates.
• Testing & Delivery.
• Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production delivery.
• Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely
  - up.
• Issue Resolution & Process Optimization.
• Perform Level 3 support, analyzing reported issues, and identifying solutions or workarounds to minimize impact.
• Ensure resolution and
  - up with vendors or service providers.
• Oversee technical processes (e. g. , Online, STP flows, batches) and document known issues for
  - line support.
