We are looking for an IT Administrator for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles.
- Proficiency in Dev
Ops practices and tools (e. g. , Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins). - Skilled in scripting languages (e. g. , Bash, Python, Terraform) and containerization using Dockerfiles.
- Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments using Argo
CD for streamlined and automated deployments. - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Familiarity with Application Servers (e. g. , Web
Sphere, Tomcat, JBoss). - Experience with job scheduling tools (e. g. , CA Workload Automation, Control-M).
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Change Management: Collect and document technical requirements for system enhancements. Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates.
- Testing & Delivery: Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production delivery. Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely
- up. - Issue Resolution & Process Optimization: Perform Level 3 support, analyzing reported issues, and identifying solutions or workarounds to minimize impact. Ensure resolution and
- up with vendors or service providers. Oversee technical processes (e. g. , Online, STP flows, batches) and document known issues for
- line support.
