We are looking for a IT Access Management support (German/English speaker) to join us in Lisbon.

Must Have:

• English and German Speaker (spoken & written)
• Experience in Helpdesk / Application Support
• Incident management tools (e. g. Servicenow)
• Root-Cause analysis,
  - file handling, problem solving
• Data security & IAM/Access management knowledge
• Active Directory experience in user management/access management
• Problem solving & research skills
• Data handling & analysis (e. g. batchfile uploads, cross check data)
• SQL queries knowledge
• Microsoft Excel & Office (strong Excel skills)
• Communication skills with client & other teams
• ITIL certification / knowledge
