Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Operations Project Manager, you will support Infovista CIO (Chief Information Officer) and their organization in defining, orchestrating, and executing the Operations, IT and Info
Sec programs, projects and plans. As our company continues to evolve and transform, we are looking for a driven and motivated individual who will be key to taking our IT and Operations to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the information technology sector in an IT or Operations function. The IT Operations Project Manager will collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting
- quality standards.

Project Planning:

• Orchestrate IT, Info
  Sec and Operations planning process and team coordination in sync with the CIO
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements, ensuring effective allocation of resources

Project Execution:

• Lead project teams through the execution phase, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan and budgets
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Support in allocating and managing project resources, including team members, contractors, and external vendors

Operations Committees

• Prepare and lead our newly created Tech Ops Committees, the governing bodies that oversees the technology change management process for Infovista
• Support the definition, set up and coordination of Strategic Operations Committees under the CIO organization
• Ensure that changes are
  - considered, controlled, and aligned with project objectives and organizational goals

Budget and Risk Management:

• Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits
• Identify and address budgetary constraints, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Proactively address issues as they arise to minimize project impacts

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key performance indicators:

• Quality and timeliness of strategic recommendations
• Delivery of projects at speed quality, including program, project management effectiveness and quality assurance
• Proactive attitude, structured mind, and motivation to improve IT, Info
  Sec Operations team performance
• Comfortable working with senior colleagues and C-Suite
• Very adept at working with external vendors and partners

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

• Analytical and
  - solving skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Azure Dev
  Ops, Microsoft Planner, scrum master certification or similar
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Power
  Point, Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to
  - task and prioritize across a range of conflicting interests, to deal with rapidly evolving priorities
• Leadership and team management abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and/or technology implementations
• 2-4 years of experience as IT or Operations Project Manager in software development or consulting companies with a
  - based focus and experience working with IT, RD and/or Operations
• Proficient English (only language used at the company)
• International experience (working or studying)
