What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

OT/Io
T in Production or Process Environments – Experience working with factory systems, automation, and data flow in industrial environments.
Industrial Control and Monitoring Systems – Hands-on experience with SCADA, HMI, BMS, alarm management, and Process Historians.
OPC UA & Industrial Communication Protocols – Must be familiar with IEC 62541 (OPC UA core specs + semantic models).
Manufacturing Operations Management (ERP/MES Integration) – Knowledge/Understanding of IEC 62264 (ISA95) and industrial data flow.
Industrial Automation Systems – Experience with PLCs/PACs, sensors/actuators, and process control.
Azure Io
T Operations – Hands-on experience with Azure Io
T technologies, and data processing for industrial applications.
Azure Data Explorer (ADX) & Kusto Databases – Knowledge of KQL and relevant tooling for
- series data analysis.
Experience in Agile development – Comfortable working in SCRUM/KANBAN-based teams.
High Degree of Autonomy – Able to take ownership, troubleshoot, and work independently on all parts of the stack.
