As an Invoice Adjustments Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial processes run smoothly and efficiently!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives and reviews the supporting details for invoice adjustments
Upon validation that the supporting details are valid (e.g., credit note calculations from inaccurate billing are correct and approved by Commercial), processes invoice adjustments (e.g., record adjustment after identifying correct credit code) for insourced Global customers in systems
Maintains accurate records of adjustments to support reconciliation efforts and audit trails
Proactively records recurring issues to minimize billing discrepancies, streamlining invoice-related processes and driving continuous improvements

KEY SKILLS:
Fluent level of English (mandatory)
Other internacional languages are a plus!
Experience in Invoicing and Billing
Knowledge of International Accounting Standards
Good communication skills

OFFER:
Base salary + Meal Allowance: 9€
Hybrid regime (after 3nd month)
