About the Internship:
If you are a recent graduate looking to dive into the commercial world, you’ve just found your chance to kickstart your career as a Sales Intern! Join our dynamic and collaborative environment, learn from an experienced team, and make a real impact. Throughout the internship, you’ll get
- on experience, sharpen your sales skills, and understand the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in developing commercial strategies to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the team on market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals tailored to client needs.
- Join client meetings, helping to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Help track leads and support clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to improving sales strategies and identifying opportunities to optimize processes.
What You Bring:
- Education: Recently graduated in degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Sales Strategies, Negotiation and Customer Service.
- Ambition: A strong passion for learning and developing in sales, focusing on achieving results and professional growth.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactiveness, organization and a
- oriented mindset.
