With a focus on industries like logistics, construction, and engineering, we are reshaping how talent moves across borders. Now, we’re seeking freelance recruiters in Portugal to expand our network of candidates.

What you help us with:

• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source candidates in Portugal
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ qualifications for roles like truck drivers, painters, and electricians
• Collaborate with our International Sales Consultant and our Managing Director to ensure seamless recruitment processes
• Maintain an updated pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
• Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and clients
• Accurately document candidate profiles in our systems

These skills help you to succeed:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written),  additional Portuguese is a bonus
• Proven experience in international recruitment, with a focus on Portugal
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment software, or ATS systems is a plus
