We are seeking a temporary contractor to support the International team during maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient requests and ensuring seamless operations for our international clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Respond to patient requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the registration process for all international clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Facilitate the billing process for all international clients.

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in administrative roles.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor.
• Highly
  - oriented, organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
