Without a strong distribution network supported by a wide range of technical services and business support, many products would never reach consumers. The hardware and software you use at home or in the office have likely passed through our warehouses before reaching the market.



Job Purpose:

Achieve individual and team profitability targets by delivering exceptional service to TD SYNNEX customers while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and quality in customer and vendor support.



Key Responsibilities: Build and strengthen relationships with customers and vendors. Identify new business opportunities and generate accurate quotations. Provide accurate and timely quotations. Identify project opportunities and engage with BDMs when specific product/vendor knowledge is required. Achieve revenue and margin targets. Manage backorder expectations and maintain opportunities in the CRM system. Drive active sales by highlighting portfolio benefits and promotions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize projects and solutions. Skills & Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or related fields. Strong communication and
- building skills. Organizational and priority management abilities. Basic knowledge of sales processes and tools such as CRM, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in the IT industry is a plus. Portuguese is mandatory. Technical knowledge for server configuration is desirable.
