Randstad is recruiting an Internal Audit Analyst for a company in the telecommunications and transmission infrastructure sector, with offices in Lisbon.

responsabilidades chave

Execute internal audits, independently handling assigned tasks such as data analysis, documentation of findings, and risk assessment.

Produce detailed audit reports, including findings, conclusions, recommendations and action plans.

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in business and support processes, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.

Analyse data to ensure that financial and operational information is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies.

Conduct interviews with process owners and other stakeholders to gather information necessary for the audit process.

Prepare and maintain detailed audit workpapers and assist in the preparation of the draft audit reports, including clear and concise findings and recommendations.

competências

Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant field;

3 year experience in auditing/consulting or similar roles;

Experience in internal audit in the area of process evaluation;

Advanced level in English and Portuguese (oral and written);

Critical thinking and curiosity;

Experience in MS Office tools (Excel);

Knowledge of finance and SAP.
