We invite a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team at Dev. Pro. You'll use your expertise to streamline collaboration between business stakeholders and our development team, ensuring clear priorities, structured planning, and predictable delivery across multiple internal projects. You'll refine workflows, optimize Agile processes, and enhance visibility for stakeholders while keeping the team focused and efficient in a

- Experience managing
- functional, multinational teams (up to 12 specialists) - Expertise in process optimization and workflow improvement
- Experience guiding teams in building internal tools and services from scratch
In this role, you'll enhance coordination between business and development teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and successful delivery of internal projects.

- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects
- Monitor capacity, prioritize tasks, and manage workload
- Support team development through mentorship, 1-1s, and performance reviews
- Maintain visibility on project progress and address risks
- Guide the development and delivery of internal tools, services, and new products
- Implement best practices to optimize processes, increase predictability, and reduce overtime
