RESPONSABILITIES
Intercompany Transaction Management
Ensure proper understanding of intercompany contracts and transactions
Ensure proper legal documentation and tax framework/implication
Ensure that intercompany invoices are issued on a timely basis and according to contractual terms
Ensure proper back up documentation before invoice issuance
Manage and optimize intercompany rebills, invoices approval flow especially in the context of the migration to a new ERP
Work closely with cash management teams to agree on invoices recovery plan/forecast
Closing
Book entries for the issued invoices in both sides of the transaction
Prepare and book entries for accrued income/accrued expense (especially for recurring transactions)
Review and manage intercompany reconciliations
Perform Balance Sheet analysis for intercompany balances (IFRS and Directional reporting)
Ensure proper allocation/cleaning of intercompany accounts
Reporting
Prepare and analyze intercompany accrued income/accrued expenses
Prepare and analyze intercompany invoicing & collections
Prepare and analyze Intercompany payments overdues
Identify bad debt provisions to be booked/reversed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Relevant degree such as Bachelor's / Master / University Degree Accounting/finance.
At least 3 years' experience in Finance activities;
Accounting skills ? ? ?
Ability to work with many interlocutors including
- financially literate ones
Ability to cope with organizational changes
Strong MS office user (particularly Excel)
Fluent in English;
Strong communication skills, problem solver and team player behavior.
