The Integration Management Team ensures the seamless availability of Pleo across the software and service ecosystem, through the creation of
- impact distribution partnerships and powerful product integrations.

What is expected in the role. . .

• Strategic Leadership: Spearheaded integration projects with partners and internal teams, from scoping to launch, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and nurture the Integrations Management team, working on integration projects.
• Quality Assurance: Drive the quality and impact of our integrations, collaborating across departments to maximize value for our customers and partners.
• Process Optimization: Define processes and framework, and execute within the defined process, to improve, maintain, and support existing integrations.
• Ecosystem Health: Monitor and improve the commercial, customer, operational, and technical aspects of our integration ecosystem.
• Platform Development: Define and manage the process for
  - party app development and publication on our platform and marketplace.

• Strong background in product management, with a keen ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in guiding partners and developers through software projects, showcasing a rapid understanding of new products and APIs.

• Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and securing commercially viable partner agreements.
