Mission:

This role focuses on application deployment, continuous integration, and batch processing, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of software.

Responsibilities:

Application Deployment & Continuous Integration (Dev
Ops):

• Manage application deliveries and associated technical documentation provided by vendors.
• Adapt Jenkins continuous integration jobs based on technical changes in delivered components.
• Prepare delivery packages using Git and Jenkins.
• Install application components in testing environments using XL Deploy and XL Release (Scope: UI, Batch, Database, Reporting).
• Prepare SNOW change requests for other technical teams (Application Production and DBA) responsible for application deployments in Qualification and Production environments.
• Monitor the progress of qualification and production deployment tasks and provide technical support as needed.

Batch Processing:

• Write DMOT (Batch Processing Implementation Files) for the application production team responsible for implementing jobs in the "CONTROL-M" scheduling tool.
• Adapt batch launch encapsulation scripts (ksh, cmd scripts).

Technical Skills:

• Distributed (Web) and Client-Server Technical Architecture - mandatory;
• JBOSS, Tomcat Application Servers - mandatory;
• Oracle 19c Exadata Database - mandatory;
• Unix and Windows Scripting - mandatory;
• Batch Scheduler: Control-M - nice to have;
• Continuous Integration Tools: Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release - nice to have;
• Testing and Validation Tools: JIRA, XRAY - nice to have;
• Incident and Change Management Tool: Service
  Now - nice to have;
• Collaborative Tools: Confluence, Office 365 (including Teams) - nice to have.
