WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Years' experience: minimum 8 years in a similar role.
• Highly skilled and
  - oriented Business Analyst with experience in the retail domain, particularly in Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
• Expertise in POSLog ARTS6 retail standards, retail merchandising systems, and data mapping documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst in the Retail industry, with a focus on POS solutions and minimum 8 years of experience in IT Industry.
• Hands-on experience with POSLog ARTS6 Retail Standard, XML, JSON.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising systems and operations.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed data mapping documents for integrations.
• Strong
  - solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in SQL, JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Azure(Basic Knowledge around ADO Board, App Insight), and Experience with business analysis tools is a plus.
• English + Portuguese.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience in Customer Communication.
• Collaboration with the different stakeholders.

HOW YOUR DAILY JOB WILL BE?

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to POS solutions and Retail Merchandising Systems. Develop business requirements documents, User Stories, Functional Specs.
• Documentation of business processes, and system interactions.
• Prepare comprehensive data mapping documents to ensure seamless data integration between POS, merchandising, and other retail systems.
• Provide expertise on POSLog ARTS6 Retail Standard and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and use case scenarios.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for system enhancements or process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for POS solutions and retail systems.
• Work closely with IT teams and vendors to implement, test, and enhance POS and merchandising systems.
• Support system testing, UAT, and training activities to ensure smooth deployment and validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
