What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in French: Strong communication skills in both spoken and written French are essential for this position.
- Experience in insurance management: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing insurance operations or a related field, with
- depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and claims. - Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team while maintaining high service standards.
- Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to engage and communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Organized and proactive: Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Hybrid work flexibility: Willing to work in a hybrid setup, balancing time between home and the office in Leiria.
