Your Responsibilities:

1. Oversee insurance operations: Lead the

2. Cultivate client relationships: Build and nurture
   - term relationships with French-speaking clients, offering expert guidance and ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
3. Enhance processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in the insurance processes, implementing solutions that boost operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure compliance: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, managing risk and mitigating potential issues.
5. Team leadership: Guide and mentor a team of insurance professionals, ensuring they deliver

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluent in French: Strong communication skills in both spoken and written French are essential for this position.
2. Experience in insurance management: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing insurance operations or a related field, with
   - depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and claims.
3. Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team while maintaining high service standards.
4. Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
5. Strong communication skills: Ability to engage and communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
6. Organized and proactive: Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
