The Role:
The insurance administrator will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:
- Handle inbound calls
- Allocate incoming and outgoing
- mails to various departments - Process various administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients and brokers with inquiries, providing information about insurance products and coverage, and addressing concerns or issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized and

- date records of policies and related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate efficient retrieval of information when needed. - Apply strong organization and time management skills to capture and maintain accurate records, efficiently handle tasks and meet KPI’s and SLA’s.
Person Specification:
- Proficient level of German and English.
- Provide excellent interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with clients.
- Apply strong analytical and
- solving skills to correctly identify issues and determine the most effective solution. - Adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
