Inflammatix, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated person to support the production activities of our molecular
- vitro diagnostic (IVD) test instrument in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain
- on experience in a flexible and
- paced startup environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily production according to the existing manufacturing instructions and work instructions.
2. Ensure product quality using test fixtures and test procedures.
3. Completing appropriate training, production records and work order documentation, as required.
4. Maintaining manufacturing line 5S.
5. Interact with engineering team for instrument troubleshooting and consequent documented rework.
6. Collaborate in continuous improvement tasks such as work instructions updates, production workflow optimization, and assembly/testing process improvement.
7. Be compliant with the Inflammatix Quality Management System across all activities performed.
8. Collaborate in a thoughtful, professional manner with team members to achieve group goals and meet timelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Technical degree in electronics, mechatronics or equivalent work.
2. Strong technical ability.
3. Proficient in English, oral and written.
4. Experience in a production environment.
5. Proficient in
   - mechanical assembly processes.
6. Basic Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word) and computer experience.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong attention to detail,
   - motivation, interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Able to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
10. + 2Yrs Experience in medical device manufacturing (Preferred)
11. Experience with 5S methodology (Preferred)
