Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Airbus Beyond Team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

1. Design engaging and visually appealing content, applying creativity to digital assets and using them to develop effective learning experiences.
2. Develop various types of instructional content, including video, animation, interactive activities, written materials and infographics.
3. Develop digital assets for social media, external and internal campaigns, presentations and other graphic deliveries under the direction of the creative lead.
4. Work closely with our studio’s copywriters and account managers on a day to day basis.
5. Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accurate content.
6. Consider the
   - users' experience in interacting with digital interfaces, creating experiences that cater to the needs and preferences of learners.
7. Correctly apply Airbus and Airbus Beyond branding, following brand guidelines.

Requirements - our ideal candidate must have:

1. 2+ years of experience as instructional or digital designer required (L&D studio, digital communication agency, design studio, etc. )
2. Experience working with Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline)
3. Experience working with Adobe Premiere & After Effects
4. Experience working with Adobe CS basics (Illustrator, Photoshop, In
   Design)
5. Experience working with Powerpoint and Google Slides
6. Basic knowledge in generative AI and prompt engineering
7. Proficient in UI/UX principles, with focus on usability and accessibility
8. Ability to design storyboards as well as finely executed user interfaces
9. Illustration, data visualisation, photography and/or any other creative fields are a plus
10. Interest in the aerospace ecosystem is a plus
11. English is mandatory and any other language is a plus
