Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative provides exceptional support to the Steel Commercial Organization and its customers throughout the sales life cycle of our products both domestically and abroad. Serving both internal and external customers. This role requires keen attention to detail; excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills; and a willingness to learn and stay abreast about Wire
Co, our products, and the market.

Role

This role works in tandem with a highly proficient and enthusiastic Customer Service Team that exemplifies the behaviors of the Wire

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree required;
• At least 3 years in a Customer Support or Sales role, preferably working for a manufacturing or industrial company;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese language required; German knowledge strongly preferred;
• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Working knowledge of Sales
  Force;
• Experience with ERP Applications: JDEdwards, Oracle, SAP desirable;
• Ability to perform in a
  - paced environment balancing multiple tasks at once.
