The Role

Are you a visionary with a passion for innovation? We’re looking for a dynamic Innovation Wizard to join our leadership team and catapult our research from brilliant ideas to groundbreaking clinical solutions. In this role (Lisbon-based), you'll have the chance to help build and lead a stellar team, navigate our full R&D pipeline, and work across all departments to conjure breakthrough therapies that change lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Wizardry: Craft and execute an R&D strategy that’s as bold as our mission.
• Team Magic: Lead, mentor, and inspire our diverse research squad, fostering a culture where creativity meets scientific excellence.
• Pipeline Alchemy: Oversee our
  -
  - end R&D pipeline, ensuring every project moves smoothly from discovery to breakthrough.
• Cross-Department Conjuring: Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Business Development teams to create synergistic spells for success.
• Innovation Sorcery: Keep one step ahead with emerging technologies (think AI-driven research and beyond) to keep our projects dazzling and disruptive.

Qualifications

• A Ph
  D in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Oncology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 10+ years casting spells in biotech/pharma R&D, with proven senior leadership prowess.
• Expertise in innovative therapies (cell therapies, m
  Abs, peptides) for oncology or age related diseases.
• A strategic, charismatic leader with
  - notch communication skills and a knack for creative
  - solving.
