What is my department like?

The Innovation Department has the responsibility of bringing new challenges and creating opportunities to the core activity of our company, working closely with all relevant departments. Supported by a strong interest in advertising technology and a deep understanding of the mechanics within, we challenge paradigms and leave no room for monotony. "There is no bad idea, except the one that is not put into practice" can be a good description of the motivation that drives the triggers for innovation within our company, having in mind the outcomes of such efforts towards the acquisition of clients for the brand partners with whom we work.

What is my role like?

Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, as Innovation Project Manager you will drive the successful execution of our innovation initiatives. You will ensure that existing and new projects brought from strategic decisions are properly followed up, executed, and delivered on time and within scope.

What will my daily tasks involve?

• Lead and manage the implementation of innovation projects & define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with
  - functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and responsibilities, foster collaboration, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders at all levels.
• Assign responsibilities to team members involved, ensure accountability and efficiency, and act as a central point of contact for project queries and updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and progress updates.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
• Adapt plans as needed to address unforeseen changes while keeping projects on track.

What is expected from me?

• Proven experience in project management;
• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or i
  Gaming industries is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and critical thinker, with the ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative, and critically analyze situations to drive effective solutions.
• Leadership and communication abilities, capable of aligning and motivating diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Proficiency in project management tools;
• Fluent English.
