Role and Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, maintaining technical and quality standards while adhering to time and budget constraints. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of assigned infrastructure projects to meet scope, budget, quality, and risk objectives.
- Directing and overseeing the completion of projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinating project team members, defining schedules, and assigning individual responsibilities.
- Managing project timeframes, budgets, risk assessments, and status reporting.
- Overseeing all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Regularly updating key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Ensuring efficient resolution of issues that may arise during project execution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within multinational companies, handling complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines while adapting to changing priorities with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Experience in
- paced,
- growth environments, delivering results under tight deadlines and ambiguity. - Comfortable working under pressure.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and highly organized.
- Flexible working hours, capable of managing projects across different global time zones.
- Strong
- making skills and ability to perform effectively in
- pressure situations. - Collaborative mindset with excellent
- solving skills. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to
- technical audiences. - Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Hands-on approach: must be willing to be actively involved and contribute directly to project success.
