What are we looking for?

We're looking for a mid-level Infrastructure Administrator with 3 to 6 years of experience, fluent in English.

This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon.

You’ll join on of our main business areas, supporting a
- scale server migration project focused on file transfer systems (SFTP, Pesit, FTPS). We're looking for professionals with a strong Sys
Admin background, excellent infrastructure knowledge, and solid team coordination and project management skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating internal and client IT teams
• Monitoring project milestones and ensuring timely delivery
• Acting as a bridge between technical and
  - technical teams
• Providing direct client support during migration
• Managing technical and operational risks
• Delivering continuous reporting and status updates

Key technical skills:

• Reading and understanding IT architecture diagrams
• Familiarity with middleware tools (CFT, Secure
  Transport)
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols (Pesit, SFTP, FTPS)
• Data transfer security best practices
