Role: IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts and authentication using Microsoft Active Directory.
• Provide Windows system troubleshooting and basic user support.
• Work with Service
  Now for ticket management.
• Support and coordinate Microsoft Azure authentication and
  - related tasks.
• Manage telecommunications vendors, including ordering equipment.
• Oversee company IT assets and assist in implementing projects in collaboration with the U. S. team.
• Ensure effective communication with users to resolve technical issues.
• Provide basic hardware support, such as identifying network cards and diagnosing battery issues.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in Power Platform development (not mandatory).

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft environments (Windows, Active Directory, Azure).
• Knowledge about Service
  Now for IT ticket management.
• Ability to manage suppliers and IT assets.
• Good troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to
  - solving.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
