Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. Can you master IT challenges to keep luxury production at its peak?

• Oversee all Priority 1 IT tickets impacting production and shipments.
• Source flexible IT support tailored to
  - specific needs.
• Ensure site requests are compatible with governance rules.
• Perform regular audits and manage the lifecycle of equipment.
• Engage in strategic planning to safeguard essential operations.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks alongside site management.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to increase user satisfaction.
• Manage interventions by external IT partners including network and telephony services.
• Adhere to and enforce standards established by central teams.
• Implement approved changes from business divisions
  - validation.
• Oversee onsite material management, ensuring stock security and handling hardware replacements.
• Provide installation services for PCs, phones, tablets, and offer user support for these devices.
• Act as a local point of contact for IT project deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
• Offer
  - deployment support and engage in
  - solving for any arising issues.
• Be responsible for weekly activity reporting to hierarchical management.
• Create and manage purchase orders for onsite IT-related activities.
• Assist in enhancing technical documentation from an IT perspective through collaboration with central support.

Is this position made for you?

You have relevant IT qualification and 5 years of experience in the field. You are adept at
- on support and managing operations. You are able to communicate effectively to achieve business objectives. You lead with autonomy and deliver precise reports. You are adaptable to rapidly changing environments. You are English fluent, with French as a welcome bonus. You have worked on industrial sites or in international contexts. You have technical expertise in Network & Telecom (WAN MPLS, LAN/WLAN/IPT Cisco), Windows client platforms, mobile devices (Apple), and the O365 suite.
