IT Internal Auditor

What will you do?

• Ensure compliance with Global IS&T policies (assessing network security, server configuration reviews, analyzing vulnerability scan reports, etc. ) as well as performing audits in our entities in other IT areas (governance, project management, IT General Controls, application management, etc. );
• Support operational and financial auditors (data mining, segregation of duties, etc. );
• Write audit reports in English and presenting main results to local and Group management.
• Execute special audits as requested by Group Chairman, CEO, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officer, or Chief Information Officer, including Mergers & Acquisitions, special assistance to subsidiaries, etc. ;
• Up to 40% travel is expected over the various regions of Sodexo due to the “transversal” nature of the job (all 3 group business units covered).

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master (or equivalent) with IT specialty preferred;
• Proficient English is compulsory, while relevant European languages (e. g. , Spanish/French) are a plus.
• Proven track record in an external audit firm, internal audit or IT department (on IT security, infrastructure, networks, databases, application development). Experience in cyber security is a plus.
• One of the following certifications is a plus: CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM.
• Knowledge and/or experience of standard business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R…) or Sodexo-related industry specifics (catering-food, Facilities Management, card & vouchers…) is a plus.
• Appetite for new technologies and trends (cloud, digital, AI, Io
  T…);
• Ambitious, proactive, positive attitude and a permanent wish to learn & discover new things (including Auditing techniques);
• Team player as well as able to work autonomously.
• Listening skills and
  - minded towards other cultures/people;
• Rigorous and methodical.
• Strong analytical skills: the ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions.
• Ability to write persuasive and effective reports, which clearly define findings, their causes, and recommendations.
