Role Description

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and assessing skilled IT professionals for a variety of roles within our projects. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand client needs, and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Your experience in recruitment and understanding of IT roles will be essential in helping us meet our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
2. Source and attract highly skilled IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements and clients' fit.
4. Manage the recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to candidates' presentation.
5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
6. Partner with internal teams to understand specific project needs and technical skill requirements.
7. Provide hiring managers with insights and recommendations on candidate profiles and market trends.
8. Assure feedback sessions.
9. Build and maintain a network of candidates in key technology areas.
10. Create talent pools for future needs and maintain relationships with passive candidates.

Qualifications:

1. 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter, ideally within the IT outsourcing or technology consulting company.
2. Proven ability to source and assess candidates for a variety of technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc. ).
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with Linked

5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
6. A solid understanding of IT technologies and industry trends is a plus.
7. Proficiency in English.
