Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the definition, documentation, execution, and completion of
- impact IT projects with significant business and strategic importance. This role includes the transition of projects into operational service and requires close alignment with NATO and Agency processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the
  -
  - end management of allocated IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and transition into service.
• Define, execute, and complete projects to satisfaction, including the preparation of Price Proposals and support in the release of Contractual Packages.
• Contribute to Source Selection processes aligned with procurement strategies.
• Monitor, manage, and control project progress through all phases, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality parameters.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend implementation options in line with NATO and Agency protocols.
• Ensure appropriate project assurance is conducted according to Agency guidelines.
• Manage and control changes, ensuring all project deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Close projects formally, conduct reviews, and document lessons learned.
• Provide accurate and timely project status updates and reports.
• Implement and maintain effective monitoring, control, change, risk, and quality management processes.
• Monitor resources, revenue, and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
• Effectively manage expectations and communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven technical experience in deploying Passive (PNWI) and Active Network Infrastructure (ANWI) supporting NATO installations and facilities.
• Strong planning skills to lead scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder input and negotiate competing priorities.
• Expertise in establishing requirements baselines, ensuring traceability, and managing changes.
• Proficiency in requirements definition and management tools, methods, and techniques.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects under the Transition Manager's direction.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to define and align operational requirements.

Risk Management:

• Execute risk management activities for
  - complexity projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Engage specialists and domain experts as needed.

Business Risk Management:

• Ensure robust control, change, risk management, and testing procedures.
• Implement risk mitigation actions to increase project confidence and achieve objectives.

Contract Management:

• Act as a contact point for suppliers regarding contract management.
• Support contract performance data collection and reporting.

Qualifications:
