What we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulations, ensuring governance and compliance across all levels of the organization;
• Assess and implement strategies to meet DORA requirements related to governance, risk management, and operational resilience;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to align governance frameworks with regulatory standards;
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential compliance gaps;
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting compliance status, risks, and proposed action plans;
• Monitor changes in regulations and update governance practices accordingly.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field, with a focus on governance;
• In-depth understanding of DORA regulations and their implications for operational resilience and governance;
• Proven ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks;
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels;
• Fluency in French (mandatory);
• Proficiency in English is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in risk management or governance (e. g. , CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer);
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or NIST;
• Experience in a financial or highly regulated industry.
