Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Influencer Manager to lead a

Your main responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and identify strategic influencers for each campaign;
- Develop

- end influencer marketing strategies tailored to each brand’s objectives; - Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies for business growth;
- Build relationships with top i
Gaming brands and enhance their influencer presence; - Manage and execute influencer campaigns from planning to reporting;
- Oversee schedules, deadlines, and campaign milestones;
- Conduct
- depth market research to stay ahead of trends and opportunities; - Negotiate with influencers based on market benchmarks and brand fit;
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and continuous improvement;
- Monitor campaigns closely, using qualitative and quantitative KPIs;
- Deliver detailed campaign reports with insights and performance analysis.
You will contribute to the team’s creative processes, bringing in new ideas and energy to try different things.
We believe in two main pillars for this role: autonomy and responsibility.
We provide training so you can perform your role at optimal performance, but we want you to be as independent as possible so that you control your own time and goals.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics (or similar);
- Professional experience in a similar role - minimum 2 years;
- Interest in Marketing and Online advertising (i
Gaming knowledge is a plus); - Fluent in English (other languages are a plus);
- Good communication skills;
- Pragmatic, proactive, organized and with an
- minded attitude.

- Hybrid Work Model - Work weeks of 3 days at the office (Tuesday-Thursday) + 2 home office days (Monday and Friday);
