Your role in our team:

As Industrial Engineering Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for optimizing industrial processes, ensuring the highest quality standards, and driving strategic industrialization projects. If you are passionate about continuous improvement,

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Industrial Engineering and Quality team, ensuring the implementation of efficient and sustainable processes.
• Define and execute continuous improvement strategies, focusing on productivity and waste reduction.
• Ensure the correct use and management of SAP Manufacturing and Lean methodologies.
• Manage the Quality team, driving the resolution of quality issues across different departments.
• Oversee and implement 8D, PDCA, and quality problem analysis methodologies, developing corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage industrialization projects, leading the transfer of production from other companies within the group to the Portuguese factory.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes related to production insourcing.
• Support the development of the new factory project, ensuring process optimization and
  - term scalability.
• Implement maintenance and optimization programs for industrial processes and equipment.

Your profile:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Lean Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading Industrial Engineering and Quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Manufacturing, Lean methodologies, industrialization projects, 8D, PDCA, and quality analysis.
• Excellent
  - solving skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in continuous improvement, industrial transformation, and manufacturing process development.
