Responsibilities

• Define and review logistic concepts for new products during the industrialization phase, ensuring that all deliverables of the industrialization projects are available according to Internal Logistic Process.
• Work on the standardization and optimization of existing Logistic processes (including all standards) with the goal of increasing productivity and reducing total costs of the product.
• Define, coordinate, implement, and stabilize continuous improvement projects for efficiency increase in the Logistic operations.
• Implement automation in the supply chain.
• Project management and production support of product industrialization.
• Participate in Daily Leadership routines to identify and solve deviations in an effective and timely manner.
• Support the increase of lean culture in the shop floor.

Your Profile

What distinguishes you:

• Experience working with SAP (preferable).
• Good understanding and keen on applying Lean principles.
• Proficient in English - spoken and written.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Team-player and dynamic person.
• Good cooperation working with teams.
