We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What will you be doing?

• Managing IT production and administration systems, including Linux, Windows, network architecture, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Overseeing management of servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Handling major incidents following ITIL best practices.
• Managing change and problem management processes.
• Leading crisis cells when required, ensuring risk identification and
  - up.
• Coordinating and motivating teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Ensuring adherence to procedures, methodologies, and directives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, networks, and cloud management;
• Proficiency in ITIL, Major Incident Management, and related processes;
• Ability to work under pressure and lead crisis situations;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with a structured approach;
• Proficiency in tools such as Service
  Now, Outlook, and Microsoft Office;
• A proactive mindset with strong coordination and summarization capabilities;
• Excellent communication skills in English and French;
• Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
