To expand the operations, our client (B2B Saa
S Scale up) is looking for an energetic and
- driven

Implementation Project Manager who will will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic junior team through the entire implementation project lifecycle.

From project kickoff to successful rollout, his/her coordination skills will ensure seamless deployment experiences for our clients (not only new clients but also Saa
S upgrades for existing ones). Besides collaborating closely with cross teams (engineering, product, support and customer success), this person should manage timelines and KPI metrics through the team and also troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Implementation Project Manager Manager will get involved at all stages of the implementation of the product to the company clients as working along with support and deployment teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a detailed implementation plan covering installation, configuration, and customization of the product solution to meet the specific needs of the customer.
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as development, technical support, and sales to ensure effective communication and a seamless implementation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the customer to report progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or changes in the implementation plan.
• Provide training to
  - users of the customer to ensure they understand how to effectively use the Saa
  S solution.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation, working with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions.
• Create detailed documentation of the implementation, including standard operating procedures and specific configurations, for future reference and for the support team.
• Manage and facilitate any changes in scope or requirements during the implementation process, ensuring the customer is informed and that changes are integrated efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of professional experience working in deployment, implementation, or onboarding software projects.
• A proven successful track record working for a Saa
  S organization.
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• Project Management experience (ideally with PMP)
• English is mandatory.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Other foreign languages like Spanish would be a big plus.
• Previous experience working in a
  - growing startup company.
• A team player and good collaborator between different departments and offices.
• Highly organized and proactive. Good analytical skills, highly proactive.
