#THE ROLE

We are looking for an Immigration Lawyer with a full understanding of the mobility programs related to Portugal.

#ABOUT THE JOB:

1. Manage and support clients in mobility solutions for Portugal through immigration and/or citizenship.
2. Develop bespoke solutions and benefit from the support of a 360º team.
3. Support and follow up on all legal processes and advisory to clients, through a partnership and consulting approach.

#ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:

1. English and Portuguese: perfect proficiency, written and spoken fluency (mandatory factor).
2. Law degree. Experience in the immigration area.
3. Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association.
4. Critical: ability to work autonomously while being part of a holistic approach. Will be responsible for his/her projects but will be part of a whole, adapting to an established process reality (open to new inputs).
5. Capable of following a defined roadmap common to the team and department and SOPs targeting incremental efficiency, quality output, and compliance.
6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Portugal mobility programs are key attributes for success in this position.
7. Ethical and a team player. Ambitious and energetic.
8. The ability to design and implement adequate immigration strategies fit for each client.
9. Good interpersonal skills.
10. Strong eye for detail and troubleshooting attitude.
