Identity & Access Manager

Country: Portugal

Santander Portugal Cybersecurity area requires an Identity and Access Management Manager for architecting, deploying, and supporting identity services
- prem (preferred with knowledge in Sailpoint solution). The IAM team has the responsibility to perform the onboarding and alignment with Project Management teams in order to ensure the correct requirements are identified and included to all new applications.

Required Profile:

This role is a management role to perform the management and support on the current existing team and reporting to the Head of Cyber GRC, IAM and PAM. Experience in managing identity and access management solution in complex operational environments is a requirement.

Scope of Work:

The resource shall support the Identity Management team on projects or ongoing support services, as per arising needs performing the management tasks.

Required Technical Skills:

The resource must have the following skills and experience:

1. Design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable identity solutions;
2. Deep
   - on experience of Identity Management Systems (preferred Sailpoint) and C# coding;
3. Strong knowledge of account lifecycle management, including user provisioning and
   - service, account creation and management, entitlement review and certification;
4. Knowledge of maintaining and administrating large and complex identity and access management system;
5. Understanding of RBAC, AD, LDAP and RACF;
6. Hands-on experience of Microsoft Azure Identity Services;
7. Ability to automate complex identity and access management tasks;
8. Knowledge of Microsoft AD Federation Services;
9. Understanding of SAML;
10. Knowledge and experience in privileged access management;
11. Solid understanding of implementing information security standards & methodologies on multiple identity solutions uniformly;
12. Knowledge of other identity solutions (AWS IAM, OKTA or similar).
